What do I wear? |
| A. |
For your first few lessons T-shirt and track suit bottoms are ideal. Karate is also performed in bare feet. When you decide to come regularly you will need to purchase a Karate suit (Gi). |

Will I get hurt? |
| A. |
A common misconception is that karate is all about hurting, being hurt and being thrown around. Although Karate can be quite physical we train on a controlled, light-contact basis and injuries are very rare. |

Your first lesson is free and from then on it's £5 for adults and £4 for children per session, payable before each session. |

No! Karate is for all ages and it's never too late to start. |
